New Fox pillow coming soon to Sleepy King (also bunnies, bears + more to be designed as pillows)

Sleepy King bunny D.I.Y

What You Need
Fringed wool scarf, 20 inches (50.8 cm) or longer
Heavy weight fusible interfacing, same dimensions as scarf
Felt scraps for the face and ears
2 plastic safety eyes, 12 mm
Embroidery floss for the nose and mouth
1 small bag of polyfill stuffing
Basic Sewing Kit (page 14)
Finished Size
12 inches tall x 5 inches wide at the base (30.5 x 12.7 cm)
Seam Allowance
1⁄4 inch (6 mm) unless otherwise noted

What You Do
1
Enlarge the templates and cut them out.
2
Decide which side of the scarf will be the right side, and fuse
the fusible interfacing to the wrong side, following the manufacturer’s
instructions.
3
Fold the fabric in half, right sides together. Place the body pattern
on a side with interfacing fused to it and trace around the pattern.
Cut through both fabric layers to create two body pieces.
Trace and cut two ears and one face from the felt.
4
With all of the pieces right side up, pin the face and ears to one
of the body pieces. To achieve the slightly off-center look, allow
the right edge of the face piece to overlap the right edge of the
body (it will later be enclosed in the seam allowance). Topstitch
all three felt pieces to the body, stitching as close as you can to
the edges.
Tail Spin
7
With right sides facing, pin the two body
pieces together. Stitch around the edges of the
body, leaving an opening 3 inches (7.6 cm)
wide at the bottom. Trim or clip the curved
seam allowance (page 24).
8
Turn the body right side out through the opening
and stuff it with polyfill. Use a point turner
to push into the ears and shape the seams. If
adding a tail (see box), hand sew it in place
with floss before sewing the opening closed.

products I love

1. Aubrey Organics Honey Bronze Powder Blush
2.Lollia Imagine Perfume
3. Earth Science: Apricot Gentle Face Scrub
4. Alba Mango Shampoo + Conditioner
5. Essie Orange, It's Obvious! Nail Polish
6. Booda Butter Lip Balm

These are just a few of my current favorite products. Really I have no complaints about any of them! The booda butter lip balm is by far the best lip balm I've ever used, and it's organic/vegan/gluten free to boot. I try my best to buy all natural/organic when possible, but sometimes I slip up. The honey bronze blush by Aubrey (also organic) is so pretty! It is the best blush I've used.. It's slightly shimmery but not too much. It's more of an orangey-pink than a pink-pink If you know what I mean. So there you have it. Some of the items in my bathroom. I plan to do more beauty product posts in the future!

Orange Pin cushion ring by Thimbleful

Lately I can't get enough of bright orange shades! The color orange seriously lifts my mood! I'm pretty sure there's some research out there about orange lifting ones mood. I have been eating oranges by the bowlful lately, too! I can't get enough. Yesterday I had an amazing mango smoothie from my least favorite drive through coffee shack, "Dutch Bros" But hey, they make some good drinks so I shouldn't be so judgmental about their branding (name, logos, and colors.. eeeh) I also just realized I have been using Alba mango shampoo + conditioner and Method mandarin mango hand soap (I highly recommend both products)

Just thought I'd share my color love with you. What color(s) lift your spirits?
