thrifting is the best way to spend an overcast day..

Here are just a few of my finds today.. i also got some cute old books (for decoration), a mustard yellow and green scarf, a cool old frame, and an xmas stocking that I am going to re-vamp. I collected the acorns on Broadway street.

I found the long necked deer salt shakers today at an antique store and fell in love. Only 12 bucks too! The miniature deer is from the same antique store - 3 dollars. I love her.. shes sleepy, just like me. :)

I've had the bunny for awhile, picked it up for 99 cents at Thrifty Bargain.  I have a small collection of these porcelain animals. I am going to make a point to buy at least a few each month because they bring me a lot of joy.

Simple things like this make me really happy inside. Imagine a japanese anime character with twinkle-y eyes and a big open smile..

thats how I feel when I find the perfect porcelain miniature.
