Caps for Sale was my very favorite book as a child. My mother used to read it to me almost every night for a long time. I remember loving the vibrant colors so much. I have a newer copy of it but I'd love to find a vintage one.

Not kidding: this was my favorite book! When I got a little older, I would read it to my 2 younger brothers, and now I have a little one of my own that I read it to. I don't know what it was about this book, but I adored it. :)

ReplyDeleteOmg- I was a pre-school teacher for over five years and I read this book more times over those five years than any other story EVER. I was excited when I saw the thumbnail photo in my blog list and knew you'd be talking about this book!
